HOW IT WORKS

STEP 1 - SEND THROUGH YOUR ENQUIRY

Fill out the commission form below with the details of what you have in mind — size (A5 or A4), framed or unframed, portrait or landscape orientation, and how many people you'd like included. Later on, attach any reference photos you'd like me to work from. The clearer your photos, the better the final piece.

STEP 2 - I'LL CONFIRM THE DETAILS AND QUOTE

I'll get back to you with a personalised quote based on your selections, along with an estimated completion date and any questions I might have about your vision. This is the stage to ask me anything — styling, colours, background, framing options.

STEP 3 - SECURE WITH A DEPOSIT

Once you're happy with the quote, a 50% non-refundable deposit confirms your booking and locks in your place in my commission queue. Your commission officially begins from here.

STEP 4 - ART CREATION

I'll hand-paint your artwork in studio. For multi-person pieces, this takes a little longer, as each figure is drawn individually with care. I'll provide mock up photo of the initial sketch and a final image of the artwork before approval.

STEP 5 - APPROVAL AND FINAL TOUCHES

You'll see a preview of the finished artwork before it's finalised. Small adjustments (colour tweaks, minor details) can be made.

STEP 6 - FRAMING AND DELIVERY

If you've chosen a framed piece, I'll arrange framing once the artwork is approved. Your commission is then carefully packaged and posted to you, or available for local pickup in my studio.
