THE PART WHERE I DRAW YOUR PEOPLE

Here’s the good stuff — packages, pricing, what’s included and how the whole thing works.

SO ... HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?

01 - THEY FIND ME

Your guests find me at the designated illustration table at your wedding or event. I’ll be set up and ready to go!

I’ll take a quick photo of them on my phone to use as my reference while I draw.

02 - I GET ILLUSTRATING

I work from the photo while you’re off enjoying your event. I’ll capture the things that make them them — their outfit, hair, expression, and all those little details.

My style is bold, colourful and loose, so these aren’t stiff, traditional portraits. Think more personality, less perfection.

03 - THEY COME BACK TO SEE THE MAGIC

Once their illustration is finished, they can come back to see the final drawing. This is usually the part where I hear, “WAIT… THAT’S ME?!”

They can have a look, take a photo, show their friends and admire themselves for a minute.

04 - THEY TAKE IT HOME

The finished illustration is theirs to keep. A little hand-drawn reminder of your day that they can pop on the fridge, frame, stick in a scrapbook or keep somewhere safe. Brides and grooms, you get your own special A4 keepsake portrait (more details below).

And just like that — your guests leave with a little piece of your event that was made just for them.

PRICING AND PACKAGES

Whichever package you choose, every booking includes A5 personalised guest portraits, drawn live throughout your wedding or event, plus a custom A4 bride & groom portrait created especially for you completed in studio prior to the wedding.

All events include complimentary personalisation, drawing materials, setup and live wedding entertainment throughout the day — so your guests get a fun little experience and a keepsake to take home.

MINI MOMENTS

3 HOURS — $1,500

Perfect for pre-ceremony, ceremony & post-ceremony moments

A shorter option for couples who want live wedding illustration woven into the key moments of their day.

YOU GET:

3 hours of live wedding illustration (with 30 minutes pre arrival for set up)
20 - 30 A5 illustrations (The number of completed illustrations depends on your event flow, outfit detail, group sizes and poses)
custom A4 bride & groom portrait completed in studio prior to the wedding
Personalised hand-drawn illustrations of your guests
Complimentary card personalisation using IBH templates or client provided
Individual and couple illustrations only
Venue parking fee included

A GOOD FIT FOR:
Smaller weddings, intimate celebrations, pre-ceremony drinks, cocktail hours, or couples who want their favourite people drawn without having live illustration running throughout the entire reception.

SIGNATURE PACKAGE

5 HOURS — $2,300

The sweet spot for most weddings. Five hours gives plenty of time to settle into your reception, draw your guests throughout the celebration and become part of the party.

40 - 50 A5 illustrations (The number of completed illustrations depends on your event flow, outfit detail, group sizes and poses)

Individual, couple and groups up to 4

THE WHOLE PACKAGE

7 HOURS — $2,850

Your whole wedding day — ceremony through to reception

If you want live illustration to follow your wedding from the beginning of the celebrations right through to the reception, this is the one. 7 hours gives us room to capture different parts of your day.

7 hours of live wedding illustration (with 30 minutes pre arrival for set up)
Time between your ceremony and reception included, such as waiting and travelling between venues
55 - 70 A5 illustrations (The number of completed illustrations depends on your event flow, outfit detail, group sizes and poses)
custom A4 bride & groom portrait completed in studio prior to the wedding
Illustration across your ceremony and reception
Personalised guest illustrations throughout the day
Complimentary card personalisation using IBH templates or client provided
Individual, couple and groups up to 4
Venue parking fee included

A GOOD FIT FOR:
Full-day weddings, larger guest lists, cultural weddings and couples who want live illustration to be part of both their ceremony and reception — capturing your people at different points throughout the day.

COULDN’T GET EVERYONE ON THE DAY?

Weddings are chaotic. People disappear for photos, speeches happen, someone’s always at the bar… and sometimes there just isn’t enough time to draw everyone you wanted.

If we don’t get to everyone during the event, I can complete additional guest illustrations in the studio post event and post them to you within 2 weeks of your event (additional postage fees apply).

$20 per additional illustration.

A simple way to make sure more of your people end up on paper — even after the party’s over.

TRAVELLING FROM OUTSIDE SYDNEY?

I’m based in Sydney, NSW, around the Campbelltown area, and travel across Sydney and beyond for weddings and events.

A travel fee applies for locations more than 50km from Campbelltown, Sydney NSW. If you're planning a wedding or event outside my usual Sydney area, just get in touch and I can work out a travel quote for you.

INTERSTATE? LET'S TALK.

Although I’m Sydney-based, I’m always open to interstate wedding illustration and live event illustration bookings. If you're planning a wedding in Melbourne, Brisbane, Canberra, Wollongong or somewhere else entirely, send me the details and we can work out the logistics.
