Terms and conditions

1. Booking & Deposits

• A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure any live service, including live events.

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure commission pieces.

• Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled event or delivery date will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Alternatively, you may apply your deposit toward a rescheduled date, subject to availability.

• In the rare event that I am unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund, and I will assist you in finding a replacement live illustrator.

3. Live Event Coverage & Setup

• I will arrive 30 minutes prior to the start time of live events to complete setup.

• Adequate lighting, a sturdy table, and chair(s) must be provided by the client/venue.

• Additional time on the day may be requested and will incur extra hourly fees, invoiced post-event.

• Travel fees apply for locations greater than 50km from my studio in Campbelltown.

• Overnight accommodation may be required for long-distance or late-running events (details to be agreed upon during enquiry).

4. In studio Art and Commissions

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure commission pieces.

• Turnaround time is 3 weeks from confirmed deposit.

• You confirm that you own the rights to any reference photos submitted, or have permission to use them for this purpose.

• One round of minor revisions (e.g. small colour or detail adjustments) is included once a progress preview is shared. Significant changes to composition or subject after work has begun may incur additional fees or affect turnaround time.

• The remaining balance is due upon completion, prior to shipping or pickup.

• I retain copyright of all original artwork created. Commissioned pieces may be shared on my website, social media, and portfolio unless otherwise requested at the time of booking.

• As each piece is hand-painted, slight variations from reference photos (due to lighting, screen display, or paint/paper texture) are normal and expected.

5. Artwork & Deliverables

• Live illustrations are quick sketches created in my signature style unless discussed otherwise. Individual artwork results may vary.

• Guests may purchase unfinished illustrations post-event for $20 per illustration.

• The artist retains intellectual property rights and copyright to all created artwork. Artwork is for personal use only and may not be reproduced, resold, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

• The artist reserves the right to capture photos/videos of the artwork and event for portfolio, website, and promotional/social media use (unless explicitly requested otherwise prior to the event).
